Inspired by 7toSmoke from Breakin’ and Hustle n’ Tussle from NYC, this is our take on it. A 100% Jack & Jill hustle competition format—no partners, no crews, no pre-registration. If you’re feeling it that day, just step in and go. If not, sit back, grab a drink, and enjoy the show.
Rules
How it works

If you want to compete, just pick up a number at the party registration desk.

Spots are limited to 50 leaders and 50 followers—first come, first served!

Preselection – A 30-minute jam where you can dance however you like, with whomever you like. Non-competitors can join in too, but only numbered participants will be considered by the judges.

The Battle – The top 7 leaders and top 7 followers will be chosen and randomly paired. The battle runs until someone wins 7 rounds or has the most wins within 45 minutes.

Battle Guests – The 8th leader & 8th follower will be none other than Krzysia & Baran from Hustle Polska, winners of Lodz Style Hustle 7to Smoke

Leaders and followers are judged separately based on the following criteria:

What's forbidden

Role changes, as dancers are judged either as leaders or followers.

All-style solo entries (e.g., whacking, breaking, etc.); however, all-style elements incorporated into hustle are welcomed.
